30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at universaloutletsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and walk you through the next steps. Please don't send items back before reaching out — returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return eligible items within the 30-day window. For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Because our products are fulfilled through our automated dropshipping partner network, our team works directly with the relevant supplier to resolve these cases quickly — and in most cases, you won't need to ship anything back. We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on what the supplier's resolution process allows for that item.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
- Gift cards
- Items returned without first contacting us
- Items that are not in their original, unused condition
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
EU & UK Customers
If you're shopping from the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in addition to the rights described above. The same item-condition requirements apply.
