Delivery Time

Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the specific product. Because our catalog is sourced through a global network of fulfillment partners, some items may ship from international warehouses, which can occasionally extend delivery slightly beyond this window — especially for remote areas.

Estimated total time (order to delivery): approximately 8–18 business days in most cases.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, including any free or flat-rate shipping offers, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Many items in our catalog qualify for free standard shipping — look for the shipping details on each product page.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers can take 2–5 business days to begin showing movement as the package enters the carrier's system — this is normal, especially for international shipments.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, even if they were part of the same order. This is normal and happens because items can be sourced from different fulfillment partners. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
